Youths Talent Discovery, Sponsorship, Primary Focus Of ECK-F Football Tournament
There is no doubt that football game has proven to be one of the most unifying factors that has continued to bring Nigerians together amidst many challenges. Little wonder then, that the President of ECK Foundation (ECK-F), Chief Dr. Emeka Charles Kalu, decided to lay out the carpet for the youths to grab and prove themselves worthy for identification and possible sponsorship and talent grooming.
With about N1 million to compete for during the yuletide season, the ground is fertile for talent discovery and merriment.
The USA-based Engineer, Philanthropist, and astute politician has always reiterated his desire to continue to make inputs towards investing in the youths as the future of the nation, this competition is like putting a leg forward toward this for the good of society.
In his words: “Any time you capture the mind of the youths and successfully channel them towards positive ventures like discovery their talent and helping them survive on it, then you would’ve solved lots of youth-related vices in the society like kidnapping, drug abuse, etc.
“It is my unwavering resolve to continue to invest in their future because that is the only way we can guarantee a better tomorrow and safer society.
OHAFIATV News recalls that the Tournament is one of the many activities lined up by the Convener of Global Initiative for Good Governance, GIGG, towards the introduction of a big project to rescue the people of Abia North in 2027.

All the matches will be played at Bende Local Government field, while the time is 3 pm each day. The Chief Host and sponsor of the Tournament, Chief Dr. Emeka Kalu will be present on the day of the finals to cheer the competitors, firsthand.
