Woman narrates how nurse swapped her newborn with lifeless baby in hospital

A woman who recently put to bed has gone to the social media to narrate how a nurse assigned to her in a certain hospital, (name withheld), where she put to bed, tried to swap her newborn baby with a dead baby.

The puerpera lamented that if not for the Almighty God and her intuitive which she described as a strong one, her beautiful baby would have been swapped with some dead baby right under her nose.

She, therefore, charged other prospective mothers to always be vigilant while in any hospital especially immediately after the delivery of their babies.

Below is her story…

“I successfully gave birth to a baby boys this morning. My delivery was smooth, no too much stress. It’s my 3rd experience,

It wasn’t much of a big deal since I know & I’m used to every procedure. But little did I know, my biggest challenge was yet to come – not from childbirth, but from the hospital staff. As I lay in my ward, I noticed I was alone with only the nurse assigned to me. My family had stepped out to grab some breakfast & fresh air, thinking I was resting comfortably after delivery. But my instincts told me something was off – why was I isolated from other new mothers?

The nurse approached me with a friendly smile. “Hello dear, how are you feeling? I have an injection that will help you sleep better & recover faster.” My alarm bells rang loudly – I had never received such an injection after my previous deliveries. I refused politely, but she persisted, “Trust me, it’s completely safe & routine.” My instincts screamed louder – something was fishy!

I firmly declined again. She then offered me some pills, claiming they were painkillers if I didn’t want an injection. I pretended to swallow them but secretly spat them out under my blanket. About 15 minutes later, I heard a slight push on my door – as if someone was checking on me. The person peeked in, thinking I was asleep, then entered quietly. It was the same nurse. I held my breath, pretending deep sleep. She left after verifying I was “unconscious.”

Two minutes passed, then she returned. My heart racing, I watched through barely open eyes as she switched my baby with… a lifeless one! My blood ran cold. I needed proof, so I waited. Immediately as she turned to leave, I pressed the alarm beside my bed & screamed loudly. The hospital erupted into chaos. She was later arr”-stéd on the spot, & she has confessed this hasn’t been the first time.

Well, the hospital has expelled her & pleaded with us to b”ūry the case & has offered to pay us a heavy sum, asking for forgiveness on her behalf. Well, I decided to share, to alert other expectant mothers. Ladies, please be cautious after giving birth – stay vigilant, insist on family presence, & never accept unknown medication or injections. And as a mom, never ignore your instincts. Mothers have very strong & active instincts; it’s like a guardian angel assigned by God to speak to us through our minds. You & your baby’s life might depend on it.”
