Abia North Stakeholders Applaud Sen Orji Kalu Over Constituency Projects

Prominent leaders of thought from Abia North Senatorial District under the aegis of Abia North Peace Foundation (ANPF), have showered encomiums on the senator representing Abia North Senatorial District, Orji Uzor Kalu, for the recent massive projects he embarked on across the five local government areas of the district, describing it as unprecedented and unparalleled in the history of the Senatorial district.

This commendation was contained in a statement signed by Chief Nnanna Ukaegbu, on behalf of the stakeholders and released to newsmen on Tuesday, eulogizing Senator Kalu for the excellent representation he has given Abia North Senatorial district and hailed his pragmatic leadership style of always coming home to identify with his constituents and interact with them and address their hopes, desires and aspirations.

The statement reads: “It is with a huge sense of appreciation, complete satisfaction and total fulfilment, that we rejoice with and commend our dynamic senator, Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu for the successful installations of the second phase of the solar street lights projects across the five local government areas of Abia North Senatorial District, with over sixty(60) communities benefitting from it.

“We also commend our performing senator for the completion and furnishing of blocks of classrooms — and the ongoing construction of new ones across the district. Just few months after his reelection in the 2023 general elections, contractors have returned to site in most of the rural roads attracted by him in Abia North Senatorial district. No doubt, Distinguished Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has raised the bar of representative responsibility by not only transcending beyond the now periodic empowerment programmes, which he has equally fulfilled but has delivered amazingly and phenomenally infrastructural projects that have never seen in the history of Abia North Senatorial district and Abia State in general.

“With over 100 verifiable projects, scholarships to Abia North students to study medicine and surgery in South America, renovation of schools and health and centres, skill acquisitions and empowerment of youths and women in cinematography, institutional support and assistance schemes delivered to our youths and women, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu has written his name in Gold in the hearts and minds of his people.
