Yuletide: Rep. Onuigbo Reassures Commitment To Effective Representation

As Christmas susbsits, Rep. Sam Onuigbo (Odozi Obodo),
Member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/South Federal Constituency has reassured his Constituents of his commitment to to effectively remain their eye and mouthpiece at the centre.

Rep. Onuigbo also restated his determination towards ensuring a downright eradication of poverty from among his Constituents.

The Lawmaker, in his Christmas message to his Constituents, admitted that the Constituency, as well as the state and the entire nation had suffered several challenges, as he envisaged a better society “through the spirit of patriotism”.

Rep. Sam Onuigbo, member of Ikwuano/Umuahia North and South Federal Constituency of Abia State with his amiable wife, Pastor Mrs. Princess Onuigbo.

In his goodwill message, he wrote:

“On behalf of my family, I felicitate with the good people of Ikwuano/Umuahia North/South Federal Constituency, and the entire Abians at this yuletide.

“Though we are faced with various challenges as a constituency, state and country, these obstacles are however not insurmountable. With a collective resolve and the spirit of patriotism, we will build an egalitarian and peaceful society.

“As your representative, I am committed to effectively being your eye and mouthpiece at the centre. I am dedicated to offering you service that will leave a signature of honour in all areas of our lives as a people now and in a long time to come.”

Furthermore, Odozi-Obodo prided in the feats he has achieved since assumption of office, while stating his resolution to relentlessly push for poverty alleviation policies in order to make better their lots.

Hear him: “In infrastructure, youth empowerment, health care delivery, human capital development and inclusion in national affairs, the modest achievements we have all jointly made are there for all to see.

“At the House of Representatives, I will not relent in pushing for policies that will alleviate some of the sufferings we have faced as a people particularly in infrastructure, employment and poverty alleviation.

“Permit me to express my profound gratitude for the support you have graciously offered me so far. Like Oliver Twist, I will not but ask that we do it again in 2022.

“As you celebrate Christmas with family, friends and well-wishers, I charge you to remember that the love of Christ is the reason for the season. Please be peaceful and safe.

“I pray that this celebration will bring us good tidings even as I pray God Almighty to give us a new year filled with immense possibilities.

“May God bless and protect the entire people of Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency, Abia State and Nigeria at large”, he concluded.
