Your Emergence As Agricultural Commissioner Timely,
AUP President, Prince I. Eleogu Hails Ironkwe

The President of Ariam-Usaka Professionals, (AUP) and MD of LOGUS INVESTMENT LTD, Prince Innocent Iroabuchi
Eleogu has described the Commissioner for Agriculture, Prof. Monica Ironkwe, of Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State, as an asset to not just the Council but also the State at large.

According to Prince Eleogu who is also the Chairman of Planet_Earth_Organics and 5cs +2 investment Ltd., the arrival of a daughter of the Council as the Commissioner for Agriculture was anticipated, as he stressed that the Council had distinguished itself as the food basket of the State.

“It was envisaged that a daughter or son of Ikwuano would, as a matter of necessity oversee the activities in the Agricultural sector. This is because Ikwuano people are known agrarians and have evidently remained second to none in the agricultural sector among other sister Local Governments.”

Speaking in his congratulatory message made available to FamousReporters.com and other media houses, Eleogu commended the illustrious daughter of Ikwuano for her glaring clean records in the educational sector.

He maintained that her emergence as the Agricultural Commissioner was apt, as he reminded the latter of the urgent need to resuscitate the sector both within the Council and across the State, to improve livelihood.

He, therefore, urged the Commissioner to use her wealth of knowledge, as gathered from the academic field and work assiduously towards improving the Agricultural sector, thus advancing the Council and the State in general through improved agricultural system.

Earlier, he bemoaned the obvious state of comatose the sector had been in. He regretted that the situation had unarguably inhibited the process of food production, hence the dire need for an efficient hand, in order to facilitate adequate rehabilitation, with focus on the Council, whom he said were predominantly Agrarians.

In his words “Gov Otti had done well to put a round peg in a round hole , the Testimonies of your past records in the academia are not hidden hence your name is written in gold” . Therefore, we have no doubt that your emergence as a Commissioner at this time the system is in a state of still comatose, would not only enhance and catalyse the agricultural productivity in Ikwuano but also eliminate dearth, hunger, poverty and unemployment in the State in general thus turning the area as the food bane of the South-East and Nigeria.

“As a renowned professor, we urge you to deploy your indisputable wealth of knowledge and experience to facilitate the progress of the Labour Party government under the leadership of Dr. Alex Chioma Otti.
I urge you to reach out to experienced and capable hands to assist you in delivering on your mandate, Ikwuano had hitherto drawn up our agricultural needs and statistics through our NEEDS AND ASSESSMENT COMMITTEE, I advise you to request for a copy of it as a guide.

“We are convinced that your collaboration with Otti will definitely improve the lot of the people in all facets of life, particularly in the area of agriculture which is to accelerate food production and eradicate poverty from across the State and, indeed the entire region.
