UPDATE: Photos of dismembered bodies of twin babies murdered by  uncle

There was uproar in the early hours of today, Wednesday, February 19, at Umuokogbuo- Ndagbo Community, in  Afara of Umuahia North Local and Area of Abia State as a young man was caught depositing the corpse of his sister whom he murdered in cold blood in their compound.

Famousreporters.com reports that a young man suspected to be mentally retarded allegedly murdered his older sister and her twin babies.

The unfortunate incident occurred on the night of Tuesday, February 18, 2025, around 3:am, at Umuokogbuo, at Ndagbo Community, in  Afara of Umuahia North Local and Area of Abia State.

The bodies of twin babies who were butchered by their supposed uncle and buried in a shallow grave near their compound, were eventually exhumed with the help of the men of the Nigeria Police, Department of State Services (DSS) officers alongside the youths of the community.

According to reports, both the DSS, Police and youths vigorously ransacked the environments in search of the twins, having caught the suspect with the lifeless body  of his sister, as he dumped it in their compound.

They swung into action but were stunned by what they stumbled upon; a shallow grave dug around the compound wherein the innocent children were buried.

This is even as the disturbing videos and photos of the dismembered bodies of the twin babies have emerged on the internet.

The photos and videos which have sent shock waves across the internet have not only traumatized the community and its environs but also left people wondering what could have prompted the suspect who has been on a run, to perpetrate such an abominable act.

Meanwhile, while there are speculations that the suspect whose whereabouts is yet unascertained as at the time of the press, is suffering from a mental retardation, others argue that he must have come under some spell.
