Nigerian Businessman Dies After Fifth Penis Enlargement Procedure in Thailand Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, a 43-year-old Nigerian-British businessman and social media influencer, had undergone five penile enlargement injections at a Bangkok clinic before his death in March 2026. Thai health authorities said the clinic had treated him since 2024 and that his final procedure involved 40cc of filler.
