Buhari Orders Immediate Reopening of Dangote Obajana Cement Plant President Muhammadu Buhari has directed that Dangote Cement factory, Obajana, Kogi State, be reopened with immediate effect. Buhari gave the directive while presiding over the National Security Council (NSC) meeting held at the Council Chambers of the State House, Abuja on Friday.
