NSCDC FCT Command Set To Partner Indigenous Community In a quest to ensure the FCT is rid of crimes and criminal elements, the Commandant of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command, Olusola Odumosu, PhD, has expressed willingness to partner with the Indigenous Communities in the FCT.
