The award ceremony, which took place at the luxurious Eko Hotel & Suites, celebrated organisations that have demonstrated outstanding leadership and commitment toward improving youth employability and creating sustainable career opportunities for Nigerians.

The recognition specifically acknowledged Polaris Bank’s impactful recruitment initiatives, graduate trainee programmes, executive hiring support, candidate assessment schemes, and strategic collaborations that continue to shape the future of work in Nigeria.

The epoch making event is organised annually by Jobberman, Nigeria’s leading recruitment and career development platform.
