MURDER OF EBONYI ROYAL FATHER: APGA Guber Candidate, Bernard Odoh, 9 Others Declared wanted… PPRO Onovwakpoyeya

Ebonyi State Police Command has declared the Governorship candidate of All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, Bernard Odoh, and nine other persons wanted
in connection with the murder of His Royal Highness Eze Christopher Igboke Ewa of Umu-Ezekoha Community in Ezza North Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.

Police spokesperson in Ebonyi State, Nome Onovwakpoyeya made this known in a statement she made available to journalists today, in the State.

Recall that Eze Christopher Igboke was murdered on 27 February, 2023, in his Country home in Umu-Ezekoha.

Our Correspondent in Ebonyi State, Emmanuel Nnaji gathered that Onme called on Ebonyians and the general public to assist in apprehending the suspects if seen or call the Command emergency number 07064515001 or the nearest Police station with any useful information that will lead to the arrest of the suspects.

The Ebonyi State Police Command has declared the under-listed persons wanted in connection with the murder of his Royal Highness Eze Christopher Igboke Ewa of Umu-Ezekoha Community in Ezza North.

*3. Peter Orogwu (aka one boy)*
*4. Chukwudi Aliewa (aka Ezza)*
*5. Chika Ezealigbo*
*6. Nnaemeka Egede (aka Champaign)*
*7. Nnabuike Okohu*
*8. Ogobuchi Agbom (aka Okiri)*
*9. Nonso Obasi*
*10. Ikechukwu Nwoba (aka Solid)*

The Command urges the good people of Ebonyi State and the general public to assist in apprehending the suspects if seen or call the Command emergency number 07064515001 or the nearest Police station with any useful information that will lead to the arrest of the suspects.

However, in a swift reaction, the frontline guber candidate, urged the general public to discard the said information, insisting that “they are all false in every material fact, malicious, baseless, spurious and should be totally discountenanced by the general public. For the Nigerian law still presumes an accused person innocent until proven guilty by a Court of competent jurisdiction

“The allegations are politically-motivated and intended to undermine my chances of winning this Saturday’s Governorship election in Ebonyi state which I am the leading frontliner.”
