APPEAL FOR RESTORATION OF ELECTRICITY IN BENDE LOCAL GOVERNMENT HEADQUARTER/TOWN

With utmost respect and a deep appreciation, I write to extend the warm regards of the good people of Bende town in Bende Local Government Area and to commend Your Excellency for the remarkable developmental strides your administration has continued to record across Abia State. Your visionary leadership, people-centred governance, and unwavering commitment to infrastructural renewal have renewed hope for Ndi Abia.

Your Excellency, I humbly wish to bring to your kind attention the lingering challenge of power outage in Bende local government headquarters/Town, which has persisted for years, leaving our community in darkness and stifling both social and economic growth. The Bende Development Union has passionately appealed that I reach out to Your Excellency to kindly come to our aid in ensuring the restoration of electricity to our community.

We have observed with great admiration how Your Excellency has successfully intervened in similar cases, notably the recent restoration works in Ohafia, which have rekindled the people’s confidence in your administration’s commitment to even development. It would indeed be a great milestone and a historic mark of your inclusive leadership if the Bende town/local government headquarters is also considered in the ongoing rural electrification efforts.

On our part, we in Bende are ready and willing to support this noble gesture in any way possible—both collectively through the Bende Development Union and individually—to ensure that the project succeeds for the benefit of all.
