*Explains his anger with Atiku, Ayu

 

Governor Nyesom Wike says he is angry with PDP National party’s Chairman because he is not a man of his words.

 

Barr. Nyesom Wike the Governor of Rivers State says his anger with the National Chairman and presidential candidate of his party, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Senator Iyorchia Ayu and Atiku Abubakar, respectively, was borne out of the fact that the duo failed to keep to their agreements.

 

 

He said the failure to honour their agreements is why he has been nurturing fury against the duo.

 

Wike said Ayu vowed to resign if the presidential candidate of the party emerged from the north for a southern to take over.

He said Atiku, after emerging victorious, visited him, solicited his support and promised that Ayu would resign in the spirit of the PDP’s Constitution.

 

Wike expressed utter shock at how Ayu and Atiku failed woefully to stick to their promises.

 

Expressing further his grievances, the embittered Governor insisted on an inevitable consequence which must accompany the betrayal by the party, thus allowing a particular zone produce the presidential candidate, as well as the party’s national chairman.
