Just In: Rep. Onuigbo Shortlisted for ‘Most Valuable Parliamentarian’ Hall of Fame

 

The member representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/South Federal Constituency, Rep. Sam Onuigbo has been shortlisted as a nominee for induction into the ‘Most Valuable Parliamentarian’ Hall of Fame.

 

He is one of forty national parliamentarians shortlisted from the 469-member National Assembly of the 9th Assembly.

According to a letter from the organisers, Order Paper Nigeria and a cluster of Civil Societies in Nigeria, Onuigbo qualified under the criterion of “impact of Bills index (cross-cutting and intergenerational).”

 

 

The letter also informed that nominees were chosen on the basis of being excellence-inspired, performance-driven, and public-spirited.

Meanwhile, the onboarding of the nominees will be marked at an “Evening of Sparkles” scheduled to hold on July 14, 2022 in Abuja
