Hon. Aguocha Emerges HoR Chairman, Monitoring and Evaluation Standing/Adhoc Committee
In a reflection of his astuteness, sagacity and capacity, the Member Representing Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Obi Aguocha has emerged the Chairman of Monitoring and Evaluation Standing/Adhoc Committee, in the 10th House of Representatives.
Principal Offices and Chairmanship of Committees in the House of Representatives are usually reserved for ranking Members and key Members of the Ruling Party and main opposition Parties but Hon. Aguocha, a first time Federal Legislator and Member of the Minority Labour Party, was picked among his colleagues to Chair such a sensitive Committee.
It would be recalled that Hon. Aguocha has continued to wax strong since his inauguration as a Member of the 10th House of Representatives. He has been involved in a number of critical ad-hoc assignments.
