Breaking: Man Kills Sister, Buries Twin babies in shallow grave in Afara Umuahia

A young man alleged to be mentally retarded allegedly murdered his older sister and her twin babis.
The homicide occurred on the night of Tuesday, February 18, 2025, at Umuokogbuo, at Ndagbo Community, in Afara of Umuahia North Local and Area of Abia State.
A source who spoke to Famousreporters.com on the basis of anonymity this afternoon, explained that the young man whose age could not be ascertained as at the time of filing this report, was caught red-handed, by some youths of the community while depositing the corpse of his late sister whom he murdered in cold blood.
According to our reliable source, the youths upon catching sight of the sister’s lifeless body became curious as to the whereabouts of the deceased’s twin babies, (genders withheld). It was gathered that the suspect immediately took to his heels as the youths approached the scene.
Speaking in a telephone interview, the source posited that:
“This morning, the youths alongside some men of the Nigeria Police went into the bush in search of him as he ran away from his compound immediately the youths saw him dump his late sister’s body. And up till now, the young man has not been found.”
Continuing, the source revealed that further intense search exposed a shallow grave wherein it was discovered that the suspect also killed and buried the sister’s twin babies.
Asked if he perpetrated the act under the influence of alcohol or demonic manipulation of some sort perhaps, the source said:
“To me, for some time, since I’ve been seeing him lately, he’s not acting normal.
This incident happened last night, at about 3:am, at Umuokogbuo, in Ndagbo Community, Afara.
“As we speak, the youths, DSS and the police are looking for him.
“They’re all still in the bush”, the source added.
Meanwhile, all efforts to speak with the Police Public Relations Officer, Mrs. Maureen Chioma at the time of the press were futile as her telephone line was unreachable.
