ABIA DECIDES: My administration will ensure free education, partner businessmen- APC’s Emenike

“There shall be truly free education system from primary up to junior secondary school level.(JSS3). When we say free education, we mean it”, were the words of High Chief Ikechi Emenike, the candidate of APC in the March 11 gubernatorial poll, Abia State.

The All Progressives Congress, APC Governorship candidate in Abia State, High Chief Ikechi Emenike has promised that his administration will provide free education system devoid of all forms of levies or moneta demands.

The APC candidate assured Abians that the government will under his watch ensure a free education system from primary up to junior secondary school level, if elected.

Emenike spoke when he addressed the media on Friday, at his Umukabia country home, saying that it is in his bid to ameliorate the suffering of the masses.

Speaking further, he vowed that the

The prospective Governor vowed to work collaboratively with businessmen across the state in his bid to ensure the expansion of their businesses, stressing that the success of their endeavours would be vital for the growth and development of Abia State.

“The new Abia State administration under my watch shall be the major instrument for opening and expanding economic opportunities to businesses across the state. We shall respect and value our businessmen. I hope to work with them because their welfare, the expansion of their businesses and the success of their endeavours will be vital for the growth and development of Abia State.

“We shall work as a team. For example, | shall be in the forefront of ensuring that in four years, a large chunk of all the footwear and uniforms by Nigeria’s military and paramilitary agencies are produced in Abia State.

“I have always promised that from our very first allocation in June 2023, N100 million shall be extended to these group of entrepreneurs to produce samples of various sizes of military, police, customs, immigration and NYSC uniforms, which would be jointly presented to federal authorities with the aim of ensuring that all such future needs by these important agencies are met by Abia-based institutions.

“This would generate billions of naira in additional revenue for citizens of the State. From Nigeria, we can extend such marketing initiatives for Ab’’a goods and services to other countries. | am committed to being the chief marketing officer of the State”, he said.
