ABIA 2023: My Government Sh’ll Strike Balance Between Human Capital Development, Infrastructure—Mascot Uzor Kalu

In his apt understanding of the socio-economic needs of “Abians,” the Abia state governorship candidate of the Action Peoples Party (APP), Chief Mascot Uzor Kalu, has promised to strike a balance between the infrastructural and human capital development of the state.

He made the promise today in Isiala Ngwa South while visiting six more ABSIEC wards for his ongoing ward-round tour.

“My government will not be the government that will focus on road construction, for instance, and allow people to starve,” Chief Kalu said.

The former Abia state Chief of Staff, therefore, assured his audience that aside from embarking on infrastructural projects that will create a multiplier effect, his government will also ensure the prompt payment of workers’ salaries and aggressive job creation for the youths.
