Atuma Vows Massive Grassroots Mobilisation for Tinubu’s 2027 Re-election in Abia

APC senatorial candidate Emeka Atuma says Abia Central is set for a decisive grassroots campaign to deliver victory for President Bola Tinubu in 2027.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Abia Central Senatorial District, Hon. Emeka Atuma, has pledged massive grassroots mobilisation and electoral support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Vice President Kashim Shettima ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Atuma made the commitment while speaking on behalf of other APC senatorial candidates at the inauguration of members of the Abia State Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) in Umuahia.

The former member of the House of Representatives expressed confidence that Abia Central would deliver a strong vote for President Tinubu, saying the President’s re-election remains a major priority for the party.

According to Atuma, the APC would intensify its engagement with voters across the district to secure victory for Tinubu and other party candidates in the 2027 elections.

He said: “By 12 noon on election day, the President would have secured victory in the district and across Abia State.”

Atuma described Tinubu as a courageous and decisive leader who, in his view, had demonstrated the political will to take difficult decisions in the interest of the country.

He cited the removal of the fuel subsidy, Federal Government interventions in Abia State and the refund of funds spent by state governments on federal road projects as some of the measures he believes support the President’s bid for another term.

The Abia Central senatorial candidate also commended the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Benjamin Kalu, for his efforts towards strengthening unity and cohesion within the APC in Abia State.

He stressed that a united party would be better positioned to achieve its electoral objectives in 2027.

Atuma further urged APC leaders, members and stakeholders to step up grassroots mobilisation, deepen engagement with voters and work together to deliver victory for President Tinubu, Vice President Shettima and other APC candidates in the forthcoming elections.
