Relationship Troubles Allegedly Preceded Incident

Although the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear, the source alleged that the two officers had been experiencing relationship difficulties in recent months.

According to the account, the officers, who had reportedly been dating for several years, began having disagreements over trust and alleged infidelity.

The source further claimed that their disputes had escalated into physical confrontations and threats, leading to their detention at some point by the Divisional Crime Officer (DCO).

The DCO was reportedly said to have advised the officers to end their relationship to prevent further conflict.

Recounting the events leading to the incident, the source alleged that Amos left his duty post and went to Grace’s quarters, where he shot her before taking his own life.

The source also claimed that the officer fired three shots at Grace, hitting her shoulder, lower abdomen and leg, before shooting himself.

These accounts, including the alleged motive and previous disagreements between the officers, had not been independently verified as of the time of filing this report.
