The GOC, who read the eighth lesson from Mathew Chapter 2: 1-12 espoused on how the wise men were led by the star to the saviour. In his Christmas Goodwill message, the GOC admonished Christians to uphold the tenets of good neighborliness while making individual sacrifices that exemplified God. He said this is the period to show love and remember those who have the interest of the nation at heart. According to the GOC, most of the troops are on the battlefield while their wives are left behind to take care of the home front.
