62nd Birthday Anniversary: I am Fulfilled building a church for God.. Princess Ajudua

The Delta State commissioner for Women Affairs, Community and Social Development, Hon, Princess Pat Ajudua says she is fulfilled because her dream of building a befitting church for God has come to realization.
Princess Ajudua who has served as a representative of Oshimili North state constituency in Delta State House of Assembly for four tenures of, celebrated her 62nd birthday anniversary on April 7, 2024, at Christ Restoration Praise and Worship Chapel, Ibusa, Delta state.
Speaking, during the special thanksgiving, the commissioner said she deliberately did not celebrate her birthday in the past few years because she was busy saving the money to ensure that the church building project which was started many years ago was completed.
Ajudua who was the minority leader for the period of eight years and chief whip for another eight years in Delta state House of Assembly said she was lucky to have married philanthropic Chief Barr. Fred Ajudua, the Onwa (Light ) of Ibusa and their marriage is blessed with a son who is also a Barrister alongside twin daughters.
“I am lucky and proud to be the wife of Barrister Fred Ajudua, the Onwa of Ibusa, a first class brain, humane, liberal and kind hearted, if I happened to come in another world, I will want to marry him again and also marry from Ibusa”, Pat disclosed.
She used the occasion to thank her husband for his support whom she said contributed immensely towards the building of the church.
“Also, I want to use this opportunity to thank all those who contributed both financially and morally. The church which started at the basement of my husband’s house ten years ago has now been completed and commissioned for use.
“This edifice is my biggest birthday gift. I ensured that all the money my husband gave went into this church project, a huge part of my savings also went into it. I thank members who have been steadfast towards the growth of the church.
The Ebony black beauty and a Princess from Rivers state who also was a one time commissioner for Public Works in Delta state, said “I thank my God because I have never seen poverty since I was born and I have decided to give back to
society”.
In his remarks, Chief Barr. Fred Ajudua, Onwa congratulated his wife on her birthday, describ5 her as a burden bearer of his family and Ibusa as a community.
He reiterated that his name ‘Ajudua’ rings across Nigeria adding that once you tell anybody you are from Ibusa they will say ‘you are Fred’s brother”.
Ajudua a well known philanthropist disclosed that despite challenges in his home town, Ibusa, the town will continue to be great.
He promised to empower all who started the church ten years ago especially the less privileged among them with the sum of ten million naira before the end of the year, adding: “it’s my desire to see the poor become well to do and independent.”
Corroborating, the Coordinator of the widows in the church, Sally Ashinze Anyadike congratulated Princess Ajudua on her birthday and her effort in ensuring the completion of the church project which started ten years ago.
In her words: “You came to our family and became a good wife, a mother, a helper and a giver to the less privileged; you came and married everyone, you are indeed the amazon of the Ajudua family and we are proud of you”.
Speaking shortly before the cutting
Of the cake, a prominent son of Ibusa, Onowu Austine Oniawa said he was happy to identify with the Ajudua’s family.
He congratulated the celebrant even as he appealed to her to continue with her great work of helping the poor and needy.
In an interview, the a former Councillor representing ward 6, Umuodafe, Ibusa and an Evangelist in the church, Hon. Ogom Osuji said
the church came into existence ten years ago which he said started as a fellowship at the premises of Barr. Fred Ajidua county home, Umuodafe Ibusa.
Adding, he pointed out that the church had, since 10 years ago, recorded tremendous growth.

“Any project that has been sustained for ten years, you will know that God’s hand is in it. It all started like a house fellowship and today we have our own building”.
He, however, commended Princess Ajudua for her sacrifice and resilience adding that her target is to win souls for Christ.
“She has sacrificed so much to ensure that the church of God moves forward”.
In her contribution, Hon. Patricia Prosper Ojemgba, said she lacked words to describe, Hon. Princess Ajudua, explaining that her good will and philanthropic nature has kept her and made her to keep on soaring.
“She is one person that helps without asking where you are from. We love her so much and I pray for continuous good health and she will continue to eat from the sweat of her labour”, Onjemgba stated.
Contributing, Tracy Agboola, the wife of the chief driver of Barr. Fred Ajidua, described the couple as good people.
According to her, her husband has driven Barr Ajudua for 34 years without regrets. “Daddy is a good person, he bought land for us, mummy ensured that I was a delegate during elections that we achieved a lot and we were able to build our house”.
She prayed to God to continue to bless all their efforts, the church and the help for the less privileged noting that “soon all the princesses of the church will celebrate her.”
Contributing, Mrs. Nkem Ezeana, a woman leader of the church appreciated the celebrant, stressing that “one unique quality of Hon. Pat Ajudua is her friendly disposition, accommodating and always willing to give listening ears to everyone.
“I can authoritatively talk about this amiable woman. She is caring, loving and ready at all times to listen to one’s problem and proffer solutions to them.
“Despite her position in the society, it does not get into her head. We all have benefited in one way or the other from her goodness and we are happy celebrating her.
“From her large heart, after church service she ensures that proceeds from thanksgivings are shared to all members of the church including rice and money, it’s unprecedented” Ezeana started.
Meanwhile, one of the less privileged in the church, Mrs Patricia Ejiogo
commended Barr Ajudua and wife for building so many houses for the lessprivige while appealing to Fred Ajudua to keep his promise in building a house for her.
Earlier in her sermon, during church service, the guest preacher, Mrs. Comfort popularly known as ‘fire-fire, who took the Bible reading from the book of John 3, 16v17 with the theme, ‘The Ministry of Giving”, urged the congregation to imbibe the spirit of giving.
She appreciated the celebrant, Princess Pat Ajudua for wiping the tears of the poor, while praying for God to bless her new age.
Furthermore, she disclosed that God may ignore other things but not arms giving while urging all to imbibe the attribute of giving.
The highlight of the occasion was the cutting of birthday cake by Princess Ajudua with members of her family, dignitaries and church members and presentation of gifts (traditional wrappers) to the celebrant.
