Zonal Commanding Officer Conducts Working Visit to FRSC Lagos Sector Command

Assistant Corps Marshal Adeoye A. Irelewuyi, the Zonal Commanding Officer (ZCO) of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), on Thursday paid a working visit to the RS2.1 Lagos State Sector Command.

National Association of Online Security News Publishers (NAOSNP), gathered that the ZCO was warmly welcomed by the Sector Commander, Corps Commander Kehinde G. Hamzat, alongside Deputy Corps Commanders from key departments, including Operations, Admin and Human Resources, Motor Vehicle Administration, Training, Logistics, and Policy, Research, and Statistics.

During the visit, the ZCO commended the Lagos Sector Command for maintaining its position as the top-performing command for the last 12 years. He praised the Sector Commander for his versatile leadership, experience, and in-depth understanding of Lagos’s operational landscape. The ZCO emphasized that the command’s leadership is pivotal to effective operations and administration.

He further highlighted Lagos’s history of excellence, including being the first to host a Regimental Dinner, expressing a desire for this tradition to be revived. The ZCO stressed the importance of unity and teamwork among personnel, noting that undermining the Sector Commander equates to undermining the entire Corps.
