Why Abia Central Needs Rep. Sam Onuigbo Part 4: Human Capital Development

Visionary leadership is one where the leader’s decisions are anchored on a bird’s eye view of his/her people and society. From that vantage point, the leader is able to identify the different aspects of his/her people’s lives, their needs, and how addressing specific aspects of these needs will align to a functional whole that ultimately addresses in a well-rounded manner the core challenges of the people.

Sam Onuigbo’s representation has been informed by addressing different aspects of his constituents needs with the view of setting in motion a process that engenders self-sustainability and continuous growth. One critical way the National Lawmaker did this was through human capital development.
