Why Abia Central Needs Rep. Sam Onuigbo Part 4: Human Capital Development

Visionary leadership is one where the leader’s decisions are anchored on a bird’s eye view of his/her people and society. From that vantage point, the leader is able to identify the different aspects of his/her people’s lives, their needs, and how addressing specific aspects of these needs will align to a functional whole that ultimately addresses in a well-rounded manner the core challenges of the people.

As the representative of the good people of Ikwuano/Umuahia North/Umuahia South Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Rep. Sam Onuigbo’s representation has been informed by addressing different aspects of his constituents needs with the view of setting in motion a process that engenders self-sustainability and continuous growth. One critical way the National Lawmaker did this was through human capital development.
