The ex Director-General of National Directorate of Employment, Chief Wachuku, represented by his Chief Press Secretary, Comrade Jaja Martins, during the end of year meeting by the people of Abayi Amaugwu described them as peaceful and cooperative people, invested in mutual coexistence, love and unity.

The Senatorial hopeful who thanked them for their constant assurances of massive support reiterated Family Economic Empowerment (not Keke Napep empowerment), Good and Sustainable Jobs ( not 2 cups of rice), Wealth Creation (not gift) and transfer of power to the next generation as his core drives for seeking election into the Nigerian Senate, vowed to deliver on his promises when elected into power. The Osisioma Ngwa people who acknowledged the turn of Isiala North LGA to produce the next Senator of Abia Central Zone, pointed out that their support for Chief Chuku Wachuku is massive due to the fact that, in Umunneato Ngwa, Isiala Ngwa South and Osisioma Ngwa LGAs had all had their shots at the Nigeria Senate in the present democratic dispensation, noting that as Senate power is leaving Ikwuano/Umuahia bloc in 2023, the next destination is the ancestral home of Ngwa Land, Isiala Ngwa North LGA.
