At that point, she resorted to raising an alarm.
“I reached out to my husband’s friend’s wife, whose children usually go to church with mine, but she said her own kids didn’t attend catechism that day. I asked her whether my children were at her house, and she said no,” she explained.
Speaking further, she said; “One of my neighbors told me that he saw two young men come into my compound earlier in the day. He also saw my daughter step out to buy something and then return home.”
After that, they began searching everywhere for the children but could not find them. It was later that they discovered the dead children inside the freezer in their house.

He added that only his family and the landlord’s mother lived in the compound, but the woman was not at home when the incident occurred.
“Other people living in the compound are nursing students, but I am sure they have nothing to do with this because I have no issues with them,” he said.
