Umuahia North Traditional Rulers Council: Eze Nwigwe Emerges Chairman HRH Eze Innocent Nwaigwe, the traditional ruler of Okaiuga Alaike autonomous community in Ohuhu Umuahia North Local Goverment Area of Abia State, has emerged the chairman of Umuahia North council of traditional rulers.
