The entire inhabitants of Alapere area of Lagos were on Saturday, thrown into a downright devastation as two children were swept away by to flood.‎Reportedly, the entire area of Oyebanjo Street, Ketu was overflooded after the evening rains, making movement very difficult, resulting in the ugly incident at about 8:00pm.
