There is pandemonium in Abia state as the Governor Okezie Victor Ikpeazu has reportedly tested positive for the coronavirus disease.This was stated blankly in a release signed by the Information commissioner, High Chief John Okiyi Kalu and made available to newsmen in the state, today.
