SIT-AT-HOME ORDER: IPOB Declares total lockdown in Southeast The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has declared a sit-at-home across the Southeast on Tuesday next week. IPOB tagged the sit-at-home, a day of civil action across the Southeast.
