Emmanuel Nnaji, ABAKALIKI The Bank Of Industry (BOI) through the Ministry of Business Development, Friday flagged off her Program of the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Program's (GEEP) Data Capturing and Enumerators agents training for the Nigerian Covid-19 Action Recovery and Economic Stimulus (N-CARES) in Ebonyi State.
