ORJI UZOR KALU: Noiseless Oxygen to Apc in Southeast –Okeifufe

The Chief Whip of the Senate and former Governor of Abia state, Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu has been described as the catalyst behind the tremendous feats of the All Progressives Congress, APC in the Southeast region.

Hon. Chijioke Paul Okeifufe, a Chieftain who described Kanubas a facilitator of breathing to APC members in the Southeast, made this appraisal in his eulogic article titled: ‘Orji Uzor Kalu- The Noiseless Oxygen To The APC in the Southeast’

Okeifufe described Wednesday November 16, 2016 as a Red-Letter-Day in the party in the region, hence the arrival of the ebullient political leader in their midsts.

He described the Abia North Representative in the Red Chamber as a Pathfinder, stressing that his emergence indisputably facilitated the influx of multitudes of “political office holders in his home state that made it to the corridors of power.”

In his article, he wrote:

The entering of Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, the former governor of Abia state into the All Progressives Congress, on Wednesday 16th November 2016, can be best described as noiseless oxygen to the party in the southeast region.

I am not saying that he is solely behind the mass exodus of all the Igbo prominent politicians into the party, but his move into the party opened many doorways for political office holders in his home state that made it to the corridors of power. He made doorways that seem impossible in the imagination of many to be possible.

We hope to see many more prominent Igbo sons and daughters joining the party that is currently running the affairs of great nation.
