The Founder and General Overseer of Loyal Soldiers Of Christ Church, Pastor Mike Nwaka has urged members particularly workers to make soul winning a daily business in the bid of the church to propagate the gospel of Jesus Christ across every nook and cranny of Ikwuano Local Government Area.
Speaking yesterday, Sunday, during the official inauguration of the Ndoro branch of the fast growing church, Pastor Nwaka urged the Associate Pastors, workers and indeed every member of the church to embrace the Ministry of soul winning, saying it is a mandate for every member of the body of Christ.
Meanwhile, the epoch making ceremony which also featured the induction of workers into various offices of the church, had in attendance, the member representing Ikwuano Umuahia State Constituency, Hon. (Engr.) Boniface Isienyi, Pst. Ifeanyi Peter, Catecist Ambrose Jona, Chief Charles Ugboaja, Barr. Chinatu Onwuchekwa, Deacon Kennedy Nwaka, among others.
The clergy who insisted that the word of God must be preached to all living creatures in the Council, while speaking in an exclusive interview with Famousreporters.com, stressed that he desired above all to make prominent the name of God in the land through the Ministry, while assuring of undeniable manifestation of God’s miracles.
“Everyone has to start work immediately. I have commissioned them and have charged them to go out and win souls. In fact, the land of Ikwuano will know there’s a church like Loyal Soldiers in the land. So, we’re coming to give them the best”, he said.
Moreso, Nwaka prayed for the reign of grace, love, peace, wisdom and unity upon the newly inaugurated Associate Pastors and other servants who were assigned to preside over some departments in the church.
“May God bless everyone of you here. It shall be well with you in the morning, noon and night. Go and dominate”, he prophesied.
Asked what strategy the church would deploy in the massive soul winning outreach, he explained that the manifestation of God’s word through signs and wonders would in no doubt, serve as a propelling force to draw souls to Christ, as well as to Church.
He, amidst utter optimism, prided in the power of the Holy Ghost at work in him, reiterating that the Church, would, in the shortest sketch of time, be propagated in every nook and cranny of the Council and beyond.
“We’re going to embark on one-to-one evangelism; going from house to house, praying for people and delivering them from every bondage. I believe that when you pray for them and through the power of God, they’ll start going to church and serving God in truth and in spirit, because most of the people here don’t go to church.
“I envision this church to be in every household in Ikwuano Local Government Area before the next two years. Everybody will be worshipping in Loyal Soldiers Of Christ Church because they’re going to see a different way of serving God”.
In his homily, the guest Speaker, Evang. Shepherd Ifeanyi who spoke on the theme: ‘Capacity Building’, urged the congregation to develop spiritual capacity, saying, “when you have expectation, that’s when it comes and in building your spiritual capacity, learn social capacity.
He stressed that ‘Capacity Building’ required time and consistency, adding that “there are certain positions that require certain qualifications. You can’t make impacts from wavering from one form of business to another.
Evang. Ifeanyi whose anchor scripture was from the book of Phil. 3:12-14 described capacity as a power needed to accomplish a desire,
Speaking further, he described salvation as a gift which he maintained could only be accessed by one’s works, explaining that “Christ didn’t just give us salvation alone.
“Christ gave us salvation even without we requesting. It wasn’t the nail that kept Christ on the cross because he had the capacity to come down from the cross but His zeal to offer salvation to mankind. Ordinary nail cannot hold back Jesus on the cross.
“Christ endured the pains on the way to the cross and on the cross because his word says “I know the thought I have for you, thought of good and not evil; to give you an expected end”.
Earlier, he commended the Nwaka’s for the existing love, peace and unity in their midsts as he urged all to emulate same.
Addressing the congregation, Evang. (Comrd.) Osinachi Nwaka, the President of New Era Foundation, (NEF), and older brother to the General Overseer, who led the congregation in a short praise, declared the blessings of God upon the latter, and his members, as he prayed for grace, mercy and favour upon them.
Confirming the words of God spoken through the G. O, the Ikwuano born son urged his younger brother to embrace God and make Him His rock.
“God informed me before I was invited to read this scripture on this Altar that I should say to you that upon this rock he shall build my church and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. I am not lying to you. He also instructed me to decrease grace, mercy and favour upon you
“I’ve never been disgraced in my life before; there’s nothing that I have ever wanted to do that God did not grant me the grace to achieve.
Speaking according to Matt. 16:18, the renowned philanthropist posited that, “eyes have not seen nor ears heard what God has prepared for you. God is the rewarder of them that diligently seek him; and His word also said, ‘will a mother forsake her own child? Even if it’s possible, I will not forsake you.’
“Therefore, that same grace, much more than has seen me through from mother’s womb, I release it into you and your Ministry.
Evang. Ossy recounted on how God Almighty gave him a mandate to perform a certain ritual which he admitted amidst joy, yielded his extant golden years.
Hear him: “A time came in Ikwuano when things were very tough for me, God gave me a scripture with a mandate to read it seven times in the morning, at noon and night and leave the battle for Him. The scripture says: “though I pass through the valley of shadows of death, I shall fear no evil.
Continuing, he added: “the God who has put this scripture in your mind, make Him your rock and no power can subdue you rather you shall subdue Ikwuano; your voice shall be heard.
Any eye that looks at you with evil
thoughts, shall go blind; this Altar shall speak for you in the morning, noon and evening.
In his admonition, Pastor Ifeanyi Peter charged the congregation on the need for every believer to have a personal relationship with God, saying; “no matter how rich you are, if you don’t have a relationship with God, you’re going to hell fire.

Speaking further, he declared the ground a fruitful, healing and solution ground where yokes and bondages would be broken, as he recalled how God had in the past used Pastor Nwaka to raise dead bodies.
He advised Pastor to quit inviting people to Church, insisting that “I have severally told you to stop inviting people to Church, they’ll come by themselves and those are the real members.
“I declare this ground a healing, solution and healing ground, where the blessings of God will flow eternally. It shall be a fruitful ground.
To Pastor Mike, he said: “Anybody that blesses you, will be blessed, any that curses you shall be cursed, anyone that calls you daddy and you bless, shall be blessed.”
