IPOB: Odernix Speaks On Speedy Completion Of Eze Kanu’s Raod…Hear Magic

The contractor in charge of the construction of the road leading to the palace of HRH Eze Israel O. Kanu, the late King of Afaraukwu, Ibeku, in Umuahia North LGA of Abia state,  has reassured  the government of Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu of their commitment towards a speedy completion of the project before the stipulated time.

Engr. Odera Udutchay of ODERNIX NIG LTD, who is handling the construction of rural roads in Afaraukwu with focus on the road leading to the palace of the late father of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who spoke amidst optimism, assured of the delivery of the road in a fraction of time.


Engr. Udutchay lauded the efforts of Ikpeazu’s administration towards ensuring the provision of an eye appealing road in a bid to foster a smooth vehicular movement as the community simultaneously lays to rest the remains of their king and his Ugoeze, Mrs. Sally KANU, whose burial takes place on February 14.

In his words: “It is being funded by the state government. We have been here for over a week. And we all know that the funeral ceremony of the king is around the corner, it should be next week and it will be a good thing that visitors coming far and wide will be able to use a good road and also after the burial that community will continue to enjoy the road. As you can see we have all our materials on good and you see work is going on in earnest, we work in the morning, we work in the night”, he said.

He further disclosed that the company would against all odds deliver a standard road in line with the mandate they had received from the state government, noting ” especially we are concentrating on standard because His Excellency wants all the roads in Abia to be of high standard and good quality”, he added.
