A diasporan, prominent son of Ikwuano Local Government Area of Abia State, Dr. Ifeanyichukwu Uke Ugochinyere Mba 1 has congratulated the newly elected Abia State House of Assembly Member, Hon. Engr. Boniface Isienyi.

It could be recalled that the proud son of Nchara Oloko Community had contested alongside other candidates from across various clans and emerged winner of the contest, having polled a total number of 4,321 votes to defeat his closest rival, the incumbent House member, Hon. Stanley Nwabuisi, who polled a total number of 2,475 votes in the just concluded election.

Reacting to the resounding victory, the renowned American based Medical Doctor to endeavour to “grab the bull by the horn and seize the opportunity to prove yourself as the most qualified and deserving honorable member in front of the common people of Ikwuano and to bring the bacon home.”

Uke, who has overtime, demonstrated his unreserved passion for Ikwuano and her inhabited, charged the member-elect to work assiduously alongside other elected candidates of the party in the State to salvage the Council from her age-long marginalisation and stagnation.

In his hearty congratulatory message, Ugochinyere Mba 1 wrote:

“Dear Engineer Bonny Isienyi, may I join the host of Umuikwuano in offering you my sincerest congratulations on your successful emergence as the Abia State House of Assembly Member-Elect for Ikwuano State Constituency in the just concluded election.

“As you already know, to whom much is given, much is equally expected; all eyes are on you to stand on the magnanimous goodwill and the mandate given to you by the great people of Ikwuano to make good on and actualize all your campaign commitments to your Ikwuano constituents.

“We are really counting on you sir to set your legislative bar so high and distinctively tower higher above all your predecessors in the positive and progressive direction.

“Furthermore, the timing, the momentum, and the resources available to you as a member of the ruling Labour Party could not have been any juicier than now, as such, I implore you to grab the bull by the horn and seize the opportunity to prove yourself as the most qualified and deserving honorable member in front of the common people of Ikwuano and to bring the bacon home.

Once again, please accept my deepest and sincerest congratulations for your victorious electioneering.

“I pray that the good Lord, through His infinite and divine mercy, will grant you the prudence, the wisdom, the patience, and the persuasive grace to sponsor bills that will scale through the house to receive the governor’s signature all to the benefit and common good of Ala Ikwuano.
