Ikwuano Elites Forum Holds Inter-Sec Sch Quiz Competition
In a bid to foster the spirit of oneness among the four clans of the Ikwuano community, as well as promote a collective commitment towards educating the younger generations, the management of the Ikwuano Inter-Secondary School Quiz Competition Organizing Committee has announced the inaugural Ikwuano Inter-Secondary School Quiz Competition.
According to a release signed by the Media and Publicity, Mr. Nnaji Charles and made available to famousreporters.com, the event which is tagged: ‘Igniting the Flame of Academic Excellence in our Next Generation of Leaders’, is slated for October 17 and 18, while time is 9:00 AM, at Ikwuano Local Government Area Secretariat Multipurpose Hall.
The release further stated that the intellectual based event would bring together secondary school students from across Ikwuano “to compete in a dynamic display of academic prowess”, thus igniting the spirit of intellectual curiosity, while also promoting academic excellence and unity among students from the area.

“Initiated by the Ikwuano Elite Forum and organized by an enthusiastic team of Ikwuano citizens, this competition seeks to foster a spirit of intellectual curiosity and academic excellence among the youth of Ikwuano. Students from the four clans—Ariam Usaka, Ibere, Oboro, and Oloko—will gather to test their knowledge in subjects ranging from English,science and literature to history and current affairs. This competition offers a rare opportunity for students to step out of their classrooms and engage in a contest that encourages critical thinking, teamwork, and personal growth.
Corroborating, the Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Dr. Obinna Ogbonna, emphasized the significance of the competition, stating, “This event is more than just a quiz—it’s a celebration of our community’s intellectual wealth and a commitment to nurturing future leaders. Through this competition, we aim to inspire our students to excel in their studies. We are building a foundation of knowledge and leadership that will serve our community for years to come.

Highlights of the intellectual based event as outlined in the release are special cash prizes for the best performed participants, ranging from
200k; ; 125k; 75k and 50k, for the first, second, third and fourth positions, respectively.
