Ikwuano 2023:I Shall Represent Economic Emancipation, Sponsor Innovative Bills & Attract Development Projects in 58 Communities … APP Candidate, Anyaragbu

Hon Wisdom LAN Anyaragbu, the candidate of Action People’s Party, (APP) for Ikwuano State Constituency, in Abia State has pledged to make healthy impacts on the various fifty-eight (58) communities that make up the council, if elected in the forthcoming 2023 general election.

The vibrant youth who decried the poor standard of living of the people, avowed his commitment to restoring the long lost dignity of Ikwuano Local Government Council, thereby fighting tooth and nail to eradicate poverty from among the people, through effective representation.

Hon. Anyaragbu who made this vow during an interface with newsmen at Umuariaga, his country home, urged the people to make a critical analysis of the past and present condition of the area.

Speaking in reminisce of the past Representatives who according to him, had left indelible marks ‘on the sand of time’, regretted that the people had, over the years, suffered drastically in the hands of their leaders.

Hon. Anyaragbu who reminded the people of Ikwuano of his Grace Mandate to rescue them from a protracted ineffective representation, boasted that his emergence would in no doubts, bring about the opening of a new page in their lives.

“It is my pleasure to inform the good people of Ikwuano State Constituency that it’s high time we reminisced critically, compare and contrast vividly where we’ve longed to be. Where we are now?
Where we should be projected in this 21st century?” He wailed.

He, however, assured that if elected into office he would assiduously work for the economic emancipation of the seemingly dilapidated Constituency, sponsor innovative bills, as well as attract development projects a the 58 communities, thus changing the narrative.

Speaking, he said: “I, Hon. Wisdom Lan Anyaragbu, present myself to nde Ikwuano State Constituency, to represent economic emancipation, sponsor innovative bills & attract development projects in all the 58 Communities and raise the bar.
I Will Sponsor and ensure execution of the first Vehicle Manufacturing Plants to be built in Ikwuano State Constituency”, he pledged.

Hon. Land commended past Lawmakers for fulfiling their campaign promises, evident in their various landmark achievements, as he recounted that NIGERCEM was the first indigenous Company, manufacturing cement in Nigeria.

Adding he said, “It’s Bill was sponsored by a reputable Parliamentarian, built by a responsible government in 1957, located in nkalagù, Ebonyi State Today.
”
“This Company Employed many people, provided sustainable livelihood and made the citizens very wealthy in the past, last production was done in September, 2000.

“NIGERCEM like others Umunna Palm, Ceramics Industry and Ibeto Cement were campaign promises innovated, projected and sponsored by the Parliament for economic emancipation, established for sustainable livelihood of it’s people

He, however, regretted that the present day’s Representatives had drastically derailed from the true identity and characteristics of one, lamenting that;
“Today the reverse is the case as our Representatives have made the parliament look like the old primary school classrooms for beginners”, he lamented.

Furthermore, the people-orientated prospective leader, condemned vehemently the relegation of village heads, youth presidents and leaders of various community leaders across the state, stressing that the former fought tooth and nail to ensure the maintenance and sustenance of peace and unity in their individual communities.

He, therefore, posited that such vital roles which, according to him, aid in preventing youths’ restiveness ought not to be unrewarded, as he posited to sponsor a bill to ensure that the people receive a stipend from the government.

Hear him: “Our cultural and traditional values are confronted daily notwithstanding the efforts of our Village Heads in maintaining law and order as public servants even without being paid, therefore will sponsor a Bill that will accommodate all village heads to be entitled to monthly enumeration by the government for their efforts and the youth presidents to encourage their zeal in service to our Constituency.

“Enough Is Enough to when we misplace unfortunate philanthropic gestures by a few individuals as qualities for formidable representation. This is part of the reason Ikwuano State Constituency falls among Constituencies subjected to modern mental slavery and defunct economic horizon.

Continuing, he said: “Join other well meaning nigerians and avail ikwuano state constituency the opportunity to opt out of economic extinction as we bring formidable representation to Ikwuano, Abia State and Nigeria in general.
