Rev. Amalambu has assured stakeholders of Umuawa, and Umudiawa Ofeiyi villagers that his administration will introduce what he termed, ‘Oke zuo’ template in Umuahia North State Constituency,

The African Democratic Congress, ADC candidate for Umuahia North State Constituency, Rev. Blessed Amalambu has reiterated his commitment to represent Ohuhu people holistically.

Interacting with Umuawa Stakeholders and Community leaders from the 11 villages in the community, Amalambu, a clergyman and an agriculturist pointed out that the Constituency needs a good and selfless candidate who will periodically meet with the constituents to interface, find out the toothing problems in the areas and judiciously use the public funds allocated to the Constituency under the name “Dividends of Democracy” to work for the people.

Amalambu maintained that he has come to right the wrong and leave Umuahia North State Constituency with a legacy that will serve as a reference point.

Amalambu who disclosed that he visited Okpu Umuawa to notify his people of his manifesto, said, “It is time to make Umuahia North State Constituency great again”, reminded them also that elective positions have eluded Nkwoachara ward “and the time has come to support their own”, he added.

While assuring that when duly elected that he will debate and sponsor bills that will be beneficial to the constituents, Amalambu seized the opportunity to challenge other candidates to a political debate.

He said that he joined ADC instead of the other known political parties because he needed a clean house, hence a virgin party to successfully accomplish the divine task given to him by God.

Corroborating, the Umuahia North Chairman of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, Abia State chapter, Apostle Ben Nwankwo who eulogized the sterling qualities and performance of Rev. Amalambu in the previous assignments given to him, testified that he has worked together with him for over 13 years.

He said, “Rev. Blessed Amalambu is a very straightforward human being. In the forthcoming State House of Assembly election, please don’t mortgage your conscience, it takes a right man to correct an error. He will take the bull by the horns. We should remember that when we elect the credible candidates, the issue of corruption will be history in Abia”.

Apostle Nwankwo advised the Umuawa stakeholders to be the foot soldiers, apostles and disciples of Rev. Amalambu and get other people who have made up their minds to represent them effectively and efficiently elected.

“Rev. Amalambu has the forte and fort and no one can twist him. I want to assure you that he will not fail you and whatever that is accrued to Ohuhu people will get to you with Amalambu. Encourage him to succeed”, Nwankwo passionately appealed to the Umuawa stakeholders.

Mr. Daniel Nwokoji among other stakeholders who spoke, disclosed that their earnestprayer has always been an effective representation.

They decried that the issue of representation has been misconstrued and the narrative needs to be changed.

They described the emergence of Rev. Amalambu as a golden opportunity for Nkwoachara ward and prayed God to help him fulfill all that he has promised.

They appreciated the ADC candidate for making out time to explain out of the depth of his heart, his intentions for the people, assuring that they have the capacity of mobilizing and canvassing support for him.

In a related development, the people of Umudiawa autonomous community has assured the ADC candidate for Umuahia North State Constituency, Rev Blessed Amalambu of total support.

Speaking respectively when they interacted with him in Umudiawa Ofeiyi village hall in Umudiawa autonomous community Ohuhu clan, Mr. Emeka Ojiakor; Chairman of Umudiawa Ofeiyi, Nkemjika Nwokorie; Mr. Sylvanus Egbula, village head of Umudiawa Ofeiyi among others appreciated God’s divine mission and assignments given to Rev. Amalambu.

Responding, Rev. Amalambu pointed out clearly that God gave him a divine mission to rescue Ohuhu, adding, “You will never regret supporting me. I am known for selfless and sacrificial service. I have not come to deceive you, I will not divert your fund. Through God’s intervention and by the strength of your votes, I will be a lawmaker and I will fight jointly with the NAVC/ICPC to settle for once, the boundary issue between Umudiawa Ofeiyi and Ihitte-Uboma.

“So, don’t make the forthcoming generally election a business as usual. Let us join hands together and change the narrative. A mistake made today will affect us and our children, let us be wise, make the right decision and vote our conscience”.

Speaking in his residence during a courtesy visit, High Chief Sir Monday Nwokocha, the President General of Umudiawa autonomous community, described Rev. Amalambu as outstanding, and encouraged him to fight hard to get his mandate.

“We don’t vote party again but those that will liberate us from the suppression of the people of Umuoma-Umudibia in Ihitte-Uboma Local Government Area of Imo State”, he said.
