Happening!!! Senate President, Lawan Undergoing APC’s Screening
President of the Nigerian Senate and frontline All Progressives Congress Presidential aspirant, Senator Ahmad Lawan is currently undergoing the Presidential screening organised by the Presidential Aspirants Screening Committee presided by Chief John Oyegun at the transcorp Hilton hotel in Abuja.
Along with a retinue of strong stakeholders of the party Senator Barau Jibrin, Chief Whip of the Senate, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu , Ahmed Lawan, arrived with a crowd alongside drummers, trumpeters and dancers at the Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, the screening venue of the All Progressive Congress.
Lawan arrived at the venue at exactly 6:06 pm on Tuesday and his entourage. Lawan obtained his copy of the nomination form in Abuja in the first week of the month of May.
The Senate President, largely touted to be favoured by the party’s stakeholders, is expected to give an account of his expertise in public service, governance and other related areas.
