Gbagi 2023: Ideal Candidate To Succeed Okowa, Okumagba Reaffirms
The traditional ruler, the Orosuen of Okere Urhobo Kingdom, Delta State, His Royal Majesty (HRM), Emmanuel Okumagba II, has reaffirmed his unflinching confidence in the Frontline gubernatorial aspirant under the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi in succeeding the incumbent Governor, Dr. Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa.
The royal father who described Barr. Gbagi as an ideal replacement for Okowa, stated blankly that he former remained the best person to deliver the dividends of democracy to Deltans come 2023.
HRM Okumagba, made the statement on Tuesday Marcha 2022, when well-wishers paid him homage at his Palace to mark h t, 75th birthday anniversary with him.
