A virgin road in Arochukwu, Amaoba community, linking Obinkita is at real-time, experiencing the developmental attention of the Distinguish Senator representing Abia North, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu.
Following the mobilization of contractors as facilitated by the Distinguished Senator, Dr Orji Uzor Kalu on Amaoba road and some other roads under construction in the five local government of Abia North, reports have it that the joy in the communities have further rekindled the name of the Senator, on every lips of both the old, youths and children leaving in Abia North Senatorial District.
Engr. Emma Uche Adimoha(Chairman, South-East APC National Youth Caucus), who said that “It’s truly commendable too see Senator Orji Uzor Kalu’s dedication and efforts to bring developmental attention to Amaoba community in Arochukwu, Arochukwu LGA in Abia North. We have seen the contractors mobilized to work on the Amaoba road and that is how it is, in other local governments. It reflects the Senator’s commitment to improving infrastructure and addressing our needs in the area of road accessibility.
“The positive impact of this development is evident in the joy and gratitude expressed by we, from this community, including the old, young, and even the children living in Amaoba and entire Arochukwu Local Government. Engr Emma Uche Adimogha’s expression of profound gratitude on behalf of the men and youths underscores the importance of the Amaoba road to the community. The road’s poor condition during the rainy season had caused difficulties for commuters and resulted in damages to vehicles, particularly trucks and cars. However, with the ongoing construction facilitated by the Senator, the community is hopeful that these issues will be resolved, and the road will become safer and more reliable for transportation.
“We are confident that all the damages caused by the bad nature of the road would be a thing of the past with the ongoing construction, highlights the positive impact that infrastructure development can have on a community’s well-being and economic prospects, and that is why we are grateful having Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, there at the Senate.” He said.
