Over 80 stakeholders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), in Echialike Ward, Ikwo Local Government Area Ebonyi state have bemoaned years of enslavement in the party, as they dumped the party for the All Progressives Congress, (APC), in that state.
The decamped members described Peoples Democratic Party as a party of selfish people whose political dispositions “are very much corrupt, bewitches members, and wicked in their style of activities.”
Addressing the youths, Hon. Ogochukwu Elem, the Senior Legislative Aide and Chief of Staff to the Member Representing Ezza-south and Ikwo Federal constituency, Comrade Chinedu Ogah, who honored their invitation, commended them for making such a move to join the moving train, All Progressive Congress party.
Ogochukwu Elem described APC as the best party in the county while urging them to feel at home and work together for the unity and progress of the party to ensure the administration of President Muhammad Buhari and Hon. Chinedu Ogah is effective and solid.
Our correspondent reports that Okwudiri Mbam one of the aggrieved persons who ditched the party amidst regrets, lamented that working with the PDP was frustrating, as he recounted on the rate of ill-treatment while they remained in the party.
“PDP is a party of selfish people whose political dispositions are very much corrupt, bewitches members, and wicked in their style of activities.
Also, another aggrieved former in the party who regretted working with the PDP, and amidst indignation ha this to say:
“I have been frustrated and maltreated by PDP. This is a party that has enslaved us despite all years of active participation in politics.
