EASTER ANNIVERSARY: Rep. Sam Onuigbo Preaches Peace, Love, Hope Among

As Christians celebrate the Easter season, the member representing Ikwuano/ Umuahia North and South Federal Constituency of Abia State, Rep. Sam Onuigbo has urged his Constituents and Christians worldwide to demonstrate love peace and hope in line with the attributes of the Saviour of the world, Jesus Christ.

The Lawmaker reminded that the anniversary was in remembrance of the sacrificial death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, which he described as the ultimate proof of God’s love for His children.

Odozio-Obodo charged believers in the death and resurrection of the Messiah to, without reservation, see the season as an ample time to emulate the footprints of Christ, through giving and sharing in love with one another.

In his season’s greetings to his Constituents, the people oriented leader wrote:

“Happy Easter celebration to the good people of great Ikwuano/Umuahia North/ Umuahia South Federal Constituency, the entire people of Abia State, and Christians worldwide.

“Easter is a symbolic period as it is the anniversary of the sacrificial death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. The death and resurrection of Christ is the ultimate proof of God’s love for His children and symbolically brings hope of a new beginning for mankind.

“As we celebrate this year’s Easter, I charge you all to do so with keen attention on the importance of this celebration and therefore use this period to spread peace, love and hope.

“May God bless us all”, he prayed.
