CCYA Abia State Commiserates With Fed Rep, Nkole Over Father’s Death… As they bestow ib Nkole Patron of the Council

The Executives of Abia State chapter of Council of Community youths Association Council (CCYA) have, last Friday, unanimously conferred on the Member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency, of Abia State, Rt. Hon. Uko Nkole PATRON of the Council, Abia State Chapter in recognition of his outstanding leadership and unprecedented achievements.

The Council which also doubles as Community Youth Executive on COVID-19 set up by the State Government made this bestowal in retrospect of Rt. Hon. Nkole’s great feats as a Federal Lawmaker in the National Assembly, during their commiseration visit to the latter’s country home, in Ozu Abam, Arochukwu LGA,  following his father’s death, Late Chief Emmanuel Nkole who exited the earth on Dec. 24, 2019.

In his address, the State President, Cmrd. Obioma Ubani
expressed satisfaction on the level of unusual sterling performances the Federal Lawmaker has exhibited in the constituency  especially in the area of  Human Capital development and  attracting dividends of democracy.

“You are the only serving National Assembly to be so visited and honoured in Abia State by the Council and this is evidently as a result of your unprecedented accomplishments for the people people in your Constituency and even beyond”.

Moreso, the Council, through her President applauded Nkole for the efforts he exerted towards palliating the difficulties suffered by the people across his Constituency during the Lockdown era as prompted by the rampaging Coronavirus pandemic.

Cmrd. Ubani pledged their unalloyed loyalty and support to the Federal Lawmaker, noting that their visit was specifically to commiserate with Nkole over the demise of his father, as he prayed God to grant the bereaved the fortitude to bear the Irreplaceable loss.

The President also reiterated the outstanding efforts of the council in the monitoring of the borderlines to ensure the implementation of the Governor’s directive on checkmating the spread of the Pandemic in the state.

Responding, Nkole who applauded the Executive Governor of Abia State for his youths friendliness and prayed for timely extinction of Coronavirus in Nigeria and the world at large, thanked the Executives of the Council for their visit.

He commended their assiduous efforts and sacrifices in monitoring and ensuring strict compliance to the enforcement of borders closure across the State as  ordered by the State Government being part of laid down measures to contain the spread of the covid-19 pandemic.
