Popular Commissioner, Unidentified Woman Found Dead In Guest House Ibrahim Garba, the Borno State Commissioner for Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement (RRR), was discovered deceased on Saturday in his guest house located within the 777 housing estate in Maiduguri. Alongside him was an unidentified woman who was found unconscious and later passed away at the hospital where she was taken for treatment. Both bodies are currently lying at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, as an autopsy is being conducted to determine the cause of their passing.
