Abia North: Lohum Community applauds Kalu’s Legislative Roles

 

 

Lohum Community says Orji Kalu made is realise that Legislators can construct roads.

 

As against the norm of cash distribution and sundry items like frying pan by elected National Assembly representatives, the people of Lohum have disclosed that the tenure of the Senate Chief Whip, Orji Uzor Kalu at the National Assembly made them find out that Legislators of the National Assembly could expedite the construction of key rural infrastructure projects.

 

Outlining  the construction of Lodu Imenyi and Nkpa roads attracted by the Senate Chief Whip, Orji Uzor Kalu, the community declared that Kalu had brought untold joy to them.

 

Kalu who was in the community to give account of his legislative stewardship, expressed his gratitude for the support given to him. He assured the community of additional developments.

 

 

*Renovation Commences At Aggrey Ibom Primary School Days After Sen. Kalu’s Visit*

 

Few days after the visit of Sen. Orji Uzor Kalu, representing Abia North senatorial district to wards in Arochukwu, renovation work has started at the Aggrey Ibom Primary School which has been in a bad shape.

The people of the community have also expressed happiness with the facelift being given to the school courtesy of Sen. Kalu’s intervention.

 

Residents say the development is an indication of the visionary leadership of Sen. Kalu a former governor of the state, saying his representation of the people in Senate is divinely planned to wipe out tears from the eyes of the people.

 

The academic structure was said to have been neglected by past representatives, making it an eyesore.

 

Residents have also indicated readiness to vote for Sen. Kalu in 2023 to continue his good work across the landscape of Abia North.
