According to an eyewitness report, the robbery was carried out between 10am and 11am.
The Director of Finance was said to have returned from the bank with a huge amount of money and possibly trailed from the bank.
The eyewitness words: “They came with a small vehicle. We usually have Bakasi men guarding the premises until they were recently changed to be this newly recruited officer Homeland Security who are not armed”.
