procured Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for Prof. Greg Ibe as they declare their full support for his ambition as the next Governor of Abia State at the 2023 gubernatorial election.

The group of Professionals restated their earnest desire to usher a good leader to drive the vehicle of Abia State, during a press briefing with journalists at PDP Secretariat Abuja, Thursday, March 25.

This is even as the renowned educationist and philanthropist who has shown commitment to providing Abians with notable enabling ground for education and other amenities, has overtime been consulting the Stakeholders in his quest to become the next Governor.

Speaking on behalf of the group, Engineer Arinze Nwokeji pointed out that the Frontline Governorship aspirant had been of immense support to the group and have shown expands of good will, philanthropy, pedigree etc. hence their choice of him as the next Governor of Abia State.

According to them “Prof. Greg Ikechukwu Ibe has been of immense support of this group in many ways too numerous to mention.

His impact in the life of our group and the resultant progress in our businesses have ignited our passion for him as our choice of a governorship hopeful. He is someone who is humane and passionate about the growth of his friends, colleagues and comrades.”

Describing his responsive, philanthropic disposition as unrivaled, they expressed optimisms in the Governorship hopeful, saying “he’ll make a good Governor”.

“He is a man of many exploits and this is the time for them to reciprocate his very many assistance.

We the professionals are willing and ready to assist further and work for him and with him to mobilize valuable votes and realize his aspiration when the time comes.”

The founder and Chancellor of Gregory University Uturu, Isuikwuato LGA of Abia State was amazed to receive Aba Professional Business men who contributed their hard earned money to purchase governorship forms for him.

He reaffirmed his enthusiasm to increase the fortunes of Abia State if he is given the opportunity to serve under the ruling party in the state.

He thanked the group for what he described as “this invaluable support”, as he prayed God Almighty to replenish their purse and increase their businesses in many folds.

Highlights of the event was a hand over ceremony of the forms and a grand reception of the delegation held in his country home at Uturu in Isuikwuato LGA.
