Fresh drama has unfolded in the marriage of billionaire senator Ned Nwoko and popular Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, as the politician allegedly opened up to journalist Dr. Kemi Olunloyo about the controversy surrounding their relationship.
According to Dr. Kemi, Nwoko spoke at length about the issues rocking their home, claiming that Regina has been battling with substance abuse, which has affected her behavior and mental health.

Amid the drama, reports circulating online claim that Regina Daniels has filed for divorce, citing alleged control, emotional distress, and property ownership issues.
According to social media sources, Regina allegedly revealed that she owns nothing in her six-year marriage to Nwoko — not a car, house, or even land.
A Facebook post making rounds reads:
“Ned Nwoko told her she has no right to own anything and doesn’t allow her to buy anything, even with her own money. Everything Regina has acquired since her marriage is registered in Ned’s name.”
The post further alleged that when Regina confronted her husband about owning properties in her own name, the situation turned volatile, prompting her to walk away from the marriage.
